Withdrawal Policy

The client has the right to withdraw from calendar appointments that have been paid in advance within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the time of payment. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to sally@sallyschulze.de. Alternatively, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clear, informal statement by mail:

The postmark date is decisive
for compliance with the 14-day withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

After withdrawing from already paid bookings, Ms. Schulze will refund all payments made by the client that have not yet been settled. Only payments for counseling services not yet provided will be refunded. Services already received within the withdrawal period cannot be refunded. The same payment method that was used in the original transaction will be used for the refund. Any transaction costs incurred will be borne by the client.
