Dear journalists and content creators: I’m your expert for psychological insights. Are you looking for a psychologist who can talk about psychology in an approachable way? With examples and a way of expressing herself that makes it easy for readers to relate to? I don’t hide behind scientific language or say everything in relative terms. I strive to make knowledge actionable and would love to work with you on topics such as:

• Psychotherapy with adults: How does therapy work? What can patients expect and what makes therapy most effective?
• Family and couples: What makes a relationship fulfilling or difficult? How do master change and how to find common ground for example when one partner wants children and the other doesn’t?
• Stress management: What is mindfulness, and does it mean everyone has to become a yogi? I have practical approaches for this challenge.
• Psychology of women's health: My specialty! I have extensive knowledge on a lot of topics like endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, sexuality and more.

Overview of my qualifications:

• 2012: Diploma in psychology (equivalent master’s degree), Goethe-University Frankfurt
• 2014: Bachelor’s degree in cognitive linguistics, Goethe-University Frankfurt
• 2017: Licensed psychotherapist w/ specialty in CBT, Exam by the State of Hesse
• 2014-18: Psychologist for obstetrics and NICU at the University Hospital Frankfurt
• Since 2017: Member of the Frankfurt Fertility Case Conference
• 2020-25: certified fertility counselor (German Association for Fertility Counseling)
