About Me

• My training began by immersing myself in the study of psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main until 2012. I loved all the courses and learning about theories and experiments that help to understand our human behavior and feelings. As I was also always interested in languages, I took on studies for a bachelor’s degree in cognitive linguistics until 2014.

  A major milestone was my State Exam and licensing as a Psychotherapist (the formal title in Germany is Psychological Psychotherapist) with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in 2017. Previously I had taken all my trainings at the Society for the Education in Psychotherapy Frankfurt (in German Gesellschaft für Ausbildung in Psychotherapie/ GAP). During my training I worked part-time at the University Hospital Frankfurt assisting women and couples during high-risk pregnancy, after pre-term birth and during treatment of babies in neonatal intensive care (NICU). This experience has touched me deeply and it lead to my passion for short-term situation focused counseling.

  Since 2017 I have been a member of the Frankfurt Fertility Case Conference. A weekly meeting of fertility experts with the goal of designing tailored treatments for patients and couples with complex fertility treatment needs. Learning new things every week helps me and the other experts to stay on top of things and I love that.

  Sally Schulze is a licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and podcaster.

• Because I wanted to adapt my skills to the business world I worked in solution-focused short-term counseling in employee assistance programs from 2018 until 2025. In this setting I supported employees and executives to reach their full potential.

  Since 2020 I have been certified as a fertility counselor, and I founded a FemTech Start-Up that was operational until 2025. I am currently in a re-orientation phase and am looking for new paths to forge, collaborations to build and ideas to experiment with.
