Please also note that my counseling is not Psychotherapy event though I am a qualified therapist. Therapy is a different process with different requirements as defined in the German Psychotherapy Act (PsychThG), and I am not offering that here. According to this regulation psychotherapy is an in-person service in a shared physical space e.g. treatment room and I abide by this regulation.
If you are seeking help for an acute psychological crisis my services are also insufficient because I don’t offer 24/7 availability. In this case please contact your local health care provider, a general practitioner, psychiatrist or urgent care facility. In Germany you can reach physicians on call at 116 117. For emergencies the local number to call an ambulance is 112 in most European countries and 911 in the Americas.

I often hear the question: Sally, do you take time for yourself too? The answer is: Yes! As a speaker, expert, and entrepreneur, I'm passionate about women's health. But I don't burn out.
I succeed by taking care of myself. For me, it's about practicing what I preach. So you won't find me only at MentalStark, giving TED Talks, or podcasting. No. You'll also find me in Frankfurt cafés, by the lake, or on a snowboard. In the picture on the right, I'm enjoying the sun and fresh sea breeze. Listen up! I advocate strongly for women’s health. I break taboos. I strive to bust myths. Currently, I do this as a podcast host for the German podcast “Kinderwunschzeit – der Podcast des Bundesfamilienministeriums” (Fertility Podcast by the German Ministry for Family).
Joining me in the podcasts are experts in fertility: doctors, counselors, and normal people who are currently trying to become pregnant.
